Traditional and Sophisticated Winter Wedding at Duke Chapel and Aria Events || Durham, NC

For me, there is absolutely no better way to begin a year than spending the day celebrating two incredibly kind and generous people who also happen to be in love. From start to finish, we had the most relaxed and joyful day with Min Jin and Robert - from the breakfast of delicious leftover Korean food at Min Jin’s house while I photographed everyone getting ready, to the packed dance floor as one of the couple’s friends played favorite after favorite. And don’t even get me started about how welcoming and helpful all of their family and friends were in making sure their (and my team’s) day went off without a single hitch!

Ever since moving to the Triangle, I’ve dreamed of getting to photograph at Duke Chapel; while I’ll always love the mountains, its epic architecture and stunning spotlights that I love using to frame my couples the most. And, after being a part of Aria Event’s vendor showcase last year thanks to the generous introduction of Premier Party Planners, I’m thrilled to have gotten to photograph my first of hopefully many weddings there - the owners and staff truly care about making each event special and stress-free.

Thank you to everyone who played a part in making this such a special day!
